The Home Of The Devon County Football Association
In 2020 our facility underwent a major development from the previous grass pitch to the state of the art 3G stadia complex which has become a community hub for football in Teignbridge and a flagship facility in the South West.
The redevelopment was funded with the help of a grant of £602,581 from the Premier League and the Football Association Facilities Fund and £100,000 from Teignbridge District Council.
The Devon FA Headquarters at Coach Road is the home ground of a number of clubs:
Paignton Saints FC who play in the South Devon Football League
Juventus South-West who play in the Junior Premier League
Newton Fire who play in the Devon Girls League
Fusion FC who play in the Pioneer Youth League
Torquay United Women FC who play in the South West Regional Women's Football League
Exeter City Women FC who play in the FA Women’s National League
The County Ground offers a floodlit full size 3G training facility with changing facilities and undercover spectator seating for a number of clubs in the local area as well as hosting the Devon County Cup finals and other grassroots league and cup fixtures.
Our Corner Flag Club House facilities are available separately for hire which can include bar facilities.
We are now offering all of our leagues & clubs, free room hire for their league / club meetings at Coach Road.

Training at Our Complex
Due to the popularity of our facility we do not currently have any availability for training slots on the 3G pitch at present. Should you wish to add you club to our waiting list please complete our expression of interest form.
Education Fixtures
We would welcome schools both local and further afar to use our facilities at Coach Road. If you are looking to host an inter-schools fixture, a tournament or training day please email alexei.nicholas@devonfa.com for further details.
Pay & Play
Pay & Play is divided into two sessions, which are open to children in school year groups 5-10.The two session are between the hours of 10:00–13:00 and 13:30-16:30 (during school holidays and half-terms, depending on availability).
Children can be accompanied by parents but they cannot take part in any activity on the pitch, but it is not necessary for parents to attend.

We recommend checking our social media channels or contacting us before you arrive, to double check our opening hours for Pay & Play.
All sessions are unsupervised, but staff will be monitoring the facility on a regular basis.

Our Friday Night Football enables any club to book the A and S Paving Ground for any league or cup fixture on the dates below.
Clubs can book the ground for £72 (plus VAT) and take control of the ground from 6:30pm to 9:30pm to play their league or cup fixture.
This cost includes use of the pitch, changing rooms, flood lights & The Corner Flag Bar.
As part of this booking the club can charge an entrance fee to the ground should they wish and The Corner Flag Bar (clubhouse) will be open for players, volunteers and spectators.
